Greenhouse plants

These plants are sown from mid-January to mid-February. During the first weeks the plants are cultivated at 18°. The temperature is then systematically decreased so they do not get a temperature shock when they are planted out.

We try not to spoil the plants too much during their growth period, so they can easily adapt to outdoor soil.

Three weeks before picking the plants are cut several times providing us with a stronger plant. The leaf remnants are caught and do not end up in between the young plants. These plants are still picked manually.
